The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) division is actively involved in executing commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional projects for both government and private sector clients. Our team of dedicated engineers and skilled technicians are fully equipped to handle installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, plumbing, drainage networks, low voltage systems, fire alarm systems, and fire fighting solutions. An in-house electrical and mechanical design department along with a specialized HVAC design and execution team provides us with a strong technical advantage.

Our HVAC services include installation of chilled water systems, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), various types of package units, VRV/VRF systems, and split units. We ensure precise execution, energy efficiency, and compliance with international standards across all our projects.

The division’s major capabilities include internal and external electrical and plumbing works for institutional, industrial, residential, and commercial buildings. We undertake installation of AMF panels, medium voltage panels, control panels, and distribution panels. Our expertise also extends to fire alarm and fire fighting systems, package units with ducting and thermostat controls, ducted and split unit installations, chiller systems, AHU and FAHU systems, VRV/VRF systems, as well as dehumidifier and ducting systems.
